Translation of proper nouns is an important part of translation work. Both the translator and the reader can easily notice that there is a lot of confusion in the translation of proper names in the translation (ie, translation) of the target language into Chinese, and some of them have seriously affected the readers’ understanding of the translation. If there is a book “Canter” one, who would think he is the famous German philosopher Kant. Many readers mistakenly believe that Armenia and Armenia are two different peoples. Psychologists who talk about the “Austrian Bathsy Complex” may not know what the writer called “Oedipus King”. People familiar with “Green’s Tale of the Child” from their childhood will not immediately realize that the “Grimm’s Law” on the evolution of speech was established by one of the Green Brothers.
