通过对7075铝合金熔体进行环缝式电磁搅拌处理,获得具有均匀温度场和成分场的浆料,并采用挤压铸造方式成形,分析了铸件的金相组织,采用ProCAST软件对充型过程进行数值模拟。结果表明,环缝式电磁搅拌处理后的铝合金熔体,凝固过程中的枝晶生长被抑制,铸态组织细化;流变挤压铸造成形件组织致密,减少了热裂、缩松等缺陷的产生。
The ring-gap electromagnetic stirring process of 7075 aluminum alloy melt was used to obtain the slurry with uniform temperature field and component field.
