目前由于心理问题造成的疾病率急剧上升。因此,体育作为增强人们体质、提高健康水平的重要教育学科,应责无旁贷地关注学生的心理健康,这也是学校体育所承担的任务和顺利完成体育教学的需要。正确的认识、健康的情感,对提高教学效果具有很大的积极影响。反之,片面的或错误的认识,会使动作失调,容易造成伤害事故,如果处理不当,日积月累就会使学生产生心理阴影,这样势必影响学生身体素质的提高和运动机能的发展。为此,作为体育教师应及时采取恰当而有效的方式方法帮助学生克服运动性心理障碍,让他们勇于面对困难、克服困难,不断磨炼学生的毅力,促使其健康发展。结合教学实践总结了几点:运用恰当的评价帮助学生克服在运动中出现的心理障碍;通过心理疏导法帮助学生克服运动性心理障碍;采取多种积极有效的方法帮助学生克服心理障碍。
The current rate of illness due to psychological problems has risen sharply. Therefore, as an important educational discipline that enhances people’s physique and enhances their health level, sport should pay close attention to students’ mental health. This is also the task undertaken by school sports and the need of successfully completing physical education. Correct understanding and healthy emotions have a great positive impact on improving teaching effectiveness. On the other hand, one-sided or wrong understanding will lead to disorder of action and easy to cause injuries. If handled improperly, over time will make students produce psychological shadow, which will inevitably affect the improvement of students’ physical quality and the development of motor function. To this end, as a physical education teacher, timely and appropriate and effective ways and means should be adopted to help students overcome the psychological barriers to exercise, so that they have the courage to face difficulties, overcome difficulties and constantly exercise their perseverance to promote their healthy development. Combining with teaching practice, it summarizes several points: the use of appropriate evaluation to help students overcome the psychological barriers in the movement; through psychological counseling to help students overcome sports psychological disorders; take a variety of positive and effective ways to help students overcome psychological barriers.
