目的 探讨听觉事件相关电位(ERPs)及P300(又称P3波)地形图评价精神发育迟滞(MR)儿童认知功能的临床价值。方法 选择MR儿童31例为实验组,正常儿童39例为对照组。应用彩色脑诱发电位地形图仪,按常规方法检测ERPs各波的潜伏期、波幅及P3波地形图。结果 与对照组比较,MR儿童P3波潜伏期明显延长,波幅显著降低,P3波地形图Pz点功率值明显降低,头部电位趋于等电位分布。轻度MR组与重度MR组比较,P3波潜伏期及波幅均有显著性差异。结论 ERPsP3波潜伏期、波幅及P3波地形图是评价MR儿童认知功能敏感的客观指标
Objective To investigate the clinical value of auditory event-related potentials (ERPs) and P300 (also known as P3 wave) topographic maps in the assessment of cognitive function in children with mental retardation (MR). Methods 31 children with MR were chosen as experimental group and 39 normal children as control group. The application of color brain evoked potential topography instrument, according to the conventional method to detect the ERPs of each wave latency, amplitude and P3 wave topography. Results Compared with the control group, the latency of P3 wave in MR children was significantly prolonged and the amplitude was significantly decreased. The Pz point power of P3 wave topography was significantly reduced and the head potential tended to equipotential distribution. There was a significant difference in latency and amplitude of P3 wave between mild MR group and severe MR group. Conclusions The latency, amplitude and P3 wave topography of ERPsP3 are objective indexes to evaluate the cognitive function of MR children
