读者抱怨在高校图书馆普遍存在,其原因主要有馆员的服务态度和专业技能不够好、图书馆资源方面存在不足以及读者维权意识增强。针对读者抱怨产生的原因,图书馆可以采取以下措施来尽量减少抱怨的发生:一是大力改善馆藏资源结构以及不断提升图书馆硬件设备质量;二是构建和完善读者抱怨快速处理机制;三是加强对馆员的考核和培训教育;四是加强制度的建设与完善。
