微扑翼飞行器是一个多学科交叉的研究领域,驱动机构的设计与制作是其中的关键环节。针对单曲柄双摇杆类型的驱动机构,首先建立了其相关参数的数学模型,然后用VisualC++等软件开发了驱动机构设计计算模块。最后在ADAMS环境下建立了此类型驱动机构的仿真模型,并进行了运动学仿真,所得参数曲线与相应的数学模型曲线完全一致,验证了参数数学建模的正确性。本文工作为同类型驱动机构的设计与优化提供了理论基础,对其他类型的驱动机构也有很好的借鉴意义。
Flapping wing aircraft is a multidisciplinary research field, the design and manufacture of drive mechanism is one of the key links. Aiming at the single crankshaft and double rocker type drive mechanism, the mathematical model of its related parameters is established first, and then the drive mechanism design and calculation module is developed by using software such as Visual C ++. Finally, the simulation model of this kind of drive mechanism is established under the ADAMS environment, and the kinematics simulation is carried out. The obtained parameter curve is completely consistent with the corresponding mathematical model curve, which proves the correctness of mathematical modeling. This work provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the same type of drive mechanism, as well as reference for other types of drive mechanism.
