在室内采用两种方法制作了10 cm×10 cm×40 cm的水泥稳定碎石梁式试件,第一种方法:先按规定的压实度成型下层5 cm高度的试件,养生7 d后,再成型上层5 cm高度的试件;第二种方法:先将混合料按5 cm厚度控制装模,刮平并轻微压实后30 min,将另一半混合料装模并用压力机整体压实至规定的压实度。两种方法成型后试件28 d龄期的抗折强度结果表明:按第二种方式成型的试件抗折强度好于第一种方式成型的试件。现场水泥稳定碎石基层试验段铺筑及检测结果表明:参照第二种试件成型方法制定的“两层摊铺,一次整体压实”施工方法能够满足规范中对混合料压实度的要求,同时避免了传统两层成型法造成的基层层间分离和由于两次施工造成的工程造价增加。
