以白肋烟TN 86为材料,研究了砍收期对晾制前后上部叶氨基酸含量的影响。结果表明,晾制前总氨基酸含量为124.47~140.78 mg/g,以酪氨酸含量和比例较高,在各个砍收时期天冬氨酸含量为7.78~11.16 mg/g,表现为打顶后4周>6周>5周>3周>2周。晾制前甘氨酸和苏氨酸与砍收时期相关性达显著水平。晾制后总氨基酸含量为73.78~97.77 mg/g,以天冬氨酸比例和含量较高,在各个砍收时期天冬氨酸含量为23.73~31.25 mg/g,以打顶后2周砍收的含量较高,打顶后4周砍收比例较高。天冬氨酸在晾制前含量和比例不高,晾制后却大幅度上升。晾制后甘氨酸、苏氨酸、脯氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸和赖氨酸与砍收期相关性达到极显著水平,天冬氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸和总氨基酸与砍收期的相关性达到显著水平。砍收时期对晾制后氨基酸含量影响大于晾制前。打顶后2周砍收有利于上部叶天冬氨酸积累和形成。
Using burley tobacco TN 86 as material, the effect of harvesting time on amino acid content in upper leaves before and after air-curing was studied. Harvest period on the air-dried amino acid content greater than the air-cured before. Chopping 2 weeks after topping is beneficial for the accumulation and formation of the upper leaf aspartate.
