针对现行起飞驾驶误差系数的平均值确定法偏于不安全的问题,运用数理统计的理论和方法对起飞驾驶误差系数的分布规律进行了研究,提出了基于可靠性的起飞驾驶误差系数确定方法。对某型飞机分别用平均值法和可靠性法确定起飞驾驶误差系数进行跑道长度设计,平均值法设计的跑道长度只能以50%的概率保证飞机安全起飞,可靠性法设计的跑道长度却能以90%的概率保证飞机安全起飞,同时可靠性法设计的跑道长度只比平均值法设计的跑道长度多10%,这表明可靠性法确定起飞驾驶误差系数比平均值法更科学合理。
Aiming at the unsafe problem of determining the mean value of the current takeoff driving error coefficient, the distribution rule of takeoff driving error coefficient is studied by using the theory and method of mathematical statistics, and the method of determining the takeoff driving error coefficient based on reliability is proposed. Runoff length is determined by averaging error and takeoff error coefficient for a certain type of aircraft respectively. The runway length designed by averaging method can only take off with a probability of 50%, and the length of the runway designed by the reliability method The aircraft can take off safely with a 90% probability. At the same time, the runway length designed by the reliability method is only 10% longer than the runway length designed by the averaging method. This indicates that the reliability method is more scientific and reasonable than the average value method to determine the takeoff driving error coefficient.
