结合现有的相关研究,本文以新郑国际机场的旅客为调查对象,以出行目的、乘机频率和购票方式为依据对民航客运市场进行划分,按照不同群体对民航旅客进行消费行为分析,探究不同群体旅客的消费行为差异,得出了一些初步结论,为机场及航空公司制定有效的营销策略提供科学的基础数据。
Combined with the existing related research, this article takes passengers of Xinzheng International Airport as the survey object, divides the civil aviation passenger transportation market on the basis of the purpose of traveling, the frequency of taking the flight and the method of ticket purchase. According to the analysis of consumer behavior of civil aviation passengers by different groups, Differences in consumer behavior among groups of tourists, come to some preliminary conclusions for the airport and airlines to develop effective marketing strategy to provide scientific and basic data.
