在丁腈橡胶(NBR)乳胶中引入丁苯橡胶(SBR)胶乳作为弹性黏合剂,制备了多个新型无石棉胶乳密封垫片,并着重探讨了不同混合胶乳质量比对该密封垫片压缩率、回弹率和拉伸强度的影响。研究结果表明:在满足密封垫片性能要求和降低产品成本的前提下,得到了较理想的SBR胶乳/NBR胶乳质量比为6.4∶9.6和4.8∶11.2;同时,利用回归模型对混合SBR胶乳/NBR胶乳体系的性能进行了预测,所得预测值与实测值较为接近,说明该回归模型在预测密封垫片压缩率、回弹率和拉伸强度方面是有效的。
A new type of non-asbestos latex gasket was prepared by introducing styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) latex into NBR latex as an elastic binder. The effects of different mixed latex mass ratios on the compression ratio , Rebound rate and tensile strength. The results show that the mass ratio of SBR latex / NBR latexes is 6.4: 9.6 and 4.8: 11.2, respectively, while meeting the performance requirements of gaskets and reducing the product cost. Meanwhile, NBR latex system is predicted. The predicted value is close to the measured value, which shows that the regression model is effective in predicting the compression rate, rebound rate and tensile strength of the gasket.
