目的探讨miR-299-3P在早期梅毒及血清固定患者外周血单核细胞(PBMC)中的表达及临床意义。方法收集2010年1月-2016年1月期间在该院皮肤性病中心诊断的早期梅毒、血清固定患者各35例,并收集35例健康志愿者作为对照组,QRT-PCR检测患者及健康志愿者PBMC中miR-299-3P水平;同时对血清固定患者miR-299-3P水平与RPR滴度及临床分期进行相关分析。结果梅毒血清固定患者外周血miR-299-3P水平明显高于早期梅毒及健康志愿者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清固定患者血清miR-299-3P水平与血清初始RPR固定滴度相关(P<0.05),与临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论外周血单核细胞中miR-299-3P表达水平增高可能与梅毒血清固定相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-299-3P in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with early syphilis and sera. Methods Thirty-five cases of early syphilis and serum-fixed patients diagnosed at the Dermatology Center of Dermatology were collected from January 2010 to January 2016 respectively. 35 healthy volunteers were collected as control group, QRT-PCR test and healthy volunteers PBMC in patients with miR-299-3P levels; at the same time, serum miR-299-3P levels in patients with RPR titer and clinical stage were analyzed. Results The levels of miR-299-3P in peripheral blood of patients with syphilis serum were significantly higher than those of early syphilis and healthy volunteers (P <0.05). Serum levels of miR-299-3P in serum-fixed patients were correlated with the initial serum RPR titer (P <0.05), but not with clinical stage (P> 0.05). Conclusion The increased expression of miR-299-3P in peripheral blood mononuclear cells may be related to the syphilis serum fixation.
