作为卷烟供应链上游企业和卷烟品牌的拥有者,卷烟工业企业在现代卷烟零售终端工作中,应明确“助力者”和“借力者”的角色定位,发挥工商协同营销平台作用。鉴于现代卷烟零售终端建设需要较大的财力、人力资源投入和国家局有关规定,工业企业应在终端建设过程中开展精益管理,节约投入成本,利用商业企业终端建设成果培育好品牌。
