现代社会,是一个彰显个性的时代,人云亦云的生活模式只能最终湮没于时代的洪流。作为一名高中教师,我们面对的是一群个性迥异,基础层分的活生生的个体。如何打造灵动的的课堂,深化高效课堂。从而塑造灵动学生个体,培养真正的素质教育人才,成为与时俱进的我们必须思考的问题。就高中来看,就学生而言,对于知识学习的广度与深度,百分之八十来自于课堂。就教师而言,对于教学生涯的深厚度与高度,百分之八十亦源自于课堂。所以,关注并干预课堂的形成输出形态方式是最大限度成就学生的必由之路。
In modern society, it is an individualized era, and people can only end their life in the flood of times. As a high school teacher, we are faced with a group of living individuals with different personality and basic level. How to create a smart classroom, deepen the efficient classroom. Thus, it is an issue that we must think about how to shape the individual students and cultivate the real talents of quality education. In terms of high school, as far as students are concerned, 80% of the breadth and depth of knowledge learning come from the classroom. As for teachers, 80% of the depth and height of their teaching career also come from the classroom. Therefore, paying attention to and interfering with the formation of the output form of the classroom is the only way to achieve the maximum achievement of students.
