教师在高中实践新课程改革的过程中,碰到了许多的问题和困难,最缺乏的就是将理念转化为行为的方法和策略。再加上高中教育有其自身的特点——专业设置面广,学科涉及繁多,这一特点决定了高中完全依靠课程改革学者、专家来指导是不可能也是不现实的。因此,加强教研组和备课组建设,探索建立与新课程相适应的教师专业发展模式,促进教师专业发展,提高教育教学质量是当前学校发展和教师成长的现实要求和紧迫任务。
Teachers in the process of implementing the new curriculum reform in high school, met many problems and difficulties, the most lacking is the method and strategy of converting ideas into behaviors. Coupled with its own characteristics of high school education - a wide range of professional settings, subjects involved in many, this feature determines the high school completely rely on curriculum reform scholars and experts to guide is impossible and unrealistic. Therefore, it is a realistic requirement and an urgent task for the current school development and teacher development to strengthen the construction of teaching and research teams and lesson preparation teams, and explore the establishment of teacher professional development mode that is compatible with the new curriculum. It is imperative to promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of education and teaching.
