目前工业炉上常用的煤气喷射式直焰烧嘴热利用率低,升温速度慢,炉内温度不均,满足不了工艺要求,而且燃料消耗量很大。为此,有些工厂采用了富氧鼓风或在低热值煤气中掺混高热值燃料再燃用,以提高炉温,加快升温速度。这样,必将增加基建投资和运行费用。我国七十年代,从国外引进的鼓风平焰烧嘴具有节约煤气,提高炉温和炉温均匀的优点,但这种烧嘴要鼓风。要将喷射式直焰烧嘴改成鼓风平焰烧嘴,需要另建风路系统。这样,既要增大设备投资,又要消耗鼓风电能,而且空气煤气不能自动比调,操作复杂。为此,我们研制成了引射式平焰烧嘴,它是应用于工业炉上的一种新型节能装置。这种新型烧嘴是应用空气动力学、燃烧学、传热学的新
