为了创造西瓜新的种质资源,用DNA浸胚法将瓠瓜的总DNA导入西瓜,在D3代选育出了4份抗性材料;用常规育种方法,将野生西瓜的抗枯萎病性状转育到栽培西瓜中,后代在病圃中经7代自交纯化和抗性选择,选育出了4份抗性材料。苗期接种鉴定和疫土自然接种鉴定的结果都表明,选育出的8份材料中,对西瓜枯萎病有2份高抗,6份中抗,对炭疽病的抗性均较强。
In order to create a new germplasm resources of watermelon, the total DNA of the gourd melon was introduced into watermelon by DNA digestion and embryo culture, and 4 resistant materials were bred in D3 generation. The resistance to Fusarium wilt of wild watermelon Breeding watermelon cultivation, the offspring in the nursery for seven generations of self-purification and resistance selection, breeding four resistant materials. The results of seedling inoculation and natural inoculation showed that among the 8 materials selected, 2 were highly resistant to watermelon blight, 6 were moderately resistant and the resistance to anthracnose was stronger.
