现代飞机因机载任务系统多、用电设备负载特性复杂,易造成电网谐波偏高甚至超标的情况,因此,必须考核用电设备在供电谐波时的工作可靠性。飞机供电特性国军标未对此做出规定,参考HB 6167第18部分:电源输入试验航空标准设计了谐波试验系统。分析了谐波产生原理,设计了适应中频500VA供电系统的谐波产生电路,采用基于USB的数据采集系统对波形进行采样分析。测试结果表明,系统硬件选型正确,谐波畸变达到了设计要求,但HB 6167推荐方案存在操作不便、谐波可控性不佳的缺陷,针对以上不足,给出了改进意见。
Due to the large number of on-board mission systems and the complicated load characteristics of electrical equipment, modern aircraft can easily lead to high or even excessive harmonics of the power grid. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the reliability of electrical equipment when operating on power harmonics. Aircraft power supply characteristics of the national military standard did not make this provision, refer to HB 6167 Part 18: Power input test aviation standards designed harmonic test system. The principle of harmonic generation is analyzed. The harmonic generation circuit adapting to 500VA mid-frequency power supply system is designed. The waveform is sampled and analyzed by USB-based data acquisition system. The test results show that the system hardware selection is correct and the harmonic distortion meets the design requirements. However, the HB 6167 recommended solution has the disadvantages of inconvenient operation and poor harmonic controllability. In view of the above problems, some suggestions are given.
