铝及铝合金的除气方法,现在实用的有氯气、惰性气体及卤族溶剂除气法。但这些除气方法仍存在产生有害气体和除气不充分等问题。针对以上问题,本文就现场适用的一种简便除气法进行了探讨。讨论了该方法的除气效果,即将内部减压的瓷管插入熔体中,利用管内气体分压与熔体中气体分压之差,除去熔体中的气体(本文称为局部减压除气法)。为了肯定该方法的除气效果,将它与再熔化法进行了比较。
