车间主任是车间生产行政工作的负责人,是车间生产的主要组织者和直接管理者。其职责规定,在厂长的直接领导下行使权力,搞好车间生产。现代科学管理把车间主任的工作推向管理职能化的轨道,实现车间主任职能化已经成为搞好生产管理的重要内容。 长期以来,我厂车间生产技术干部(车间主任)大都是从基层(班组)的技术人员中逐步培养提拔起来的,这种做法有其积极的一面,但同时也在客观上导致了削弱车间生产管理的负面作用,主要表现在:由于技术人才缺乏,车间主任常常陷于日常技术事务之中,削弱了对生产的管理。为此,我厂进行了一些有益的探索,试图逐步解决这个问题。
The workshop director is the person in charge of workshop production management and is the main organizer and direct manager of workshop production. Its responsibilities stipulate that the power can be exercised under the direct leadership of the factory manager and the production of workshops can be improved. Modern scientific management has pushed the work of the workshop director to the track of the management function. The realization of the functionalization of the workshop director has become an important part of the production management. For a long time, the plant production technology cadres (the workshop directors) have been gradually cultivated and promoted from the grassroots (team) technical personnel. This practice has its positive side, but it also objectively leads to the weakening of workshop production. The negative effects of management are mainly reflected in the fact that, due to the lack of skilled personnel, workshop managers are often trapped in everyday technical matters and weaken the management of production. For this reason, our factory carried out some useful explorations and tried to solve this problem step by step.
