为了解决路面的雨水处理问题,美国环境保护厅进行了关于渗透性路面的研究。以往修筑路面,基本是聚集雨水并设置使雨水加快流速的设施。但这种方法使降雨和径流间隔的迟滞时间缩短,导致最大流量和流速增大,所需的排水管道的口径相应增大。
In order to solve the problem of rainwater treatment on pavement, the United States Environmental Protection Agency conducted a study on permeable pavement. In the past, pavement construction basically consisted of gathering rainwater and setting facilities to speed up rainwater flow.
