将图书馆学科知识服务置于认知心理学研究视角中,揭示学科馆员产生认知偏差的诱因。进而,阐释用户需求分析阶段、信息资源采集选择阶段、知识信息分析创新阶段以及服务反馈阶段中常见的认知偏差表现及影响。最后,从激励支持策略、认知改进策略、技术支持策略三面提出克服认知偏差的对策。
The library subject knowledge service is placed in the cognitive psychology research perspective, revealing the discipline librarian cognitive bias causes. Furthermore, the performance and influence of cognitive bias, which are common in user needs analysis phase, information resource acquisition selection phase, knowledge information analysis innovation phase and service feedback phase, are explained. Finally, the countermeasures of overcoming cognitive bias are proposed from three aspects: motivation support strategy, cognitive improvement strategy and technical support strategy.
