目的建立同时测定尿感宁颗粒中秦皮乙素、咖啡酸和迷迭香酸的反相液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法。方法采用Lichrospher C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.05%甲酸梯度洗脱,检测波长329 nm。结果秦皮乙素、咖啡酸和迷迭香酸质量浓度的线性范围分别为0.400~200、0.100~500、0.100~500 mg/L;质量检测下限分别为0.984、0.462、0.268 ng;秦皮乙素、咖啡酸和迷迭香酸的平均回收率分别为97.3%、99.6%、96.8%,RSD分别为1.6%、2.6%、1.5%。结论该方法同时测定尿感宁颗粒中秦皮乙素、咖啡酸和迷迭香酸具有简便、快速、准确等优点。
Objective To establish a reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method for simultaneous determination of aesculetin, caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid in urinary capsules. The method was performed on a Lichrospher C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a gradient of acetonitrile to 0.05% formic acid. The detection wavelength was 329 nm. Results The linear ranges of aesculetin, caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid were 0.400-200, 0.100-500 and 0.100-500 mg / L, respectively. The lower limits of detection were 0.984, 0.46 2 and 0.268 ng, respectively. Aesculetin, The average recoveries of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid were 97.3%, 99.6% and 96.8%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.6%, 2.6% and 1.5%, respectively. Conclusions This method is simple, rapid and accurate for the simultaneous determination of aesculetin, caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid in urinary capsules.
