患者男 50岁住院号306636。1986年10月10日以头晕、眼花七年,站立时晕厥三年为主诉入院。七年前开始出现站立时头晕,无汗。三年前某天正行走时突然晕倒,数分钟后恢复。自此上述症状渐加重,每走1/2km需下蹲休息20次左右。挺身直立约1～2min或挺身坐立时均可诱发以上症状,检查:T36.5℃,P 60次/min,R18次/min,卧位血压9.33/6.67 KPa(70/5nmmHg),坐位血压4.00/1.33 KPa
