车身焊接技术是汽车制造中的重要组成部分。一般而言,乘用车车身是由数百个薄板冲压件经过电弧焊、CO2气体保护焊、钎焊及铆接等工艺组成的一个完整的车体,焊接面几乎全是呈空间分布的。要保证尺寸精度,要求装焊夹具定位准确而迅速。阐述了车身的分类及特点,分析了两种常用的焊接方法在承载式车身修复中的适用范围及工艺要点,这对制定承载式车身焊接修复工艺方案具有重要意义。
Body welding technology is an important part of automotive manufacturing. In general, the passenger car body is a complete body composed of hundreds of sheet metal stamping parts through arc welding, CO2 gas shielded welding, brazing and riveting. The welding surfaces are almost entirely spatially distributed. To ensure the dimensional accuracy, welding fixture positioning requirements accurate and rapid.
