目的:比较不同品种川陈皮的品质差异。方法:通过观察显微特征、测定挥发油含量及比较薄层色谱图,探讨不同样品间的差异。结果:不同品种陈皮的显微特征、挥发油含量及化学成分有较大差异,不同产地相同样品的相似度较高。结论:环境因子对陈皮品质的饰变作用不大,遗传因素对陈皮品质有明显影响。
Objective: To compare the quality of different varieties of Chuancun skin. Methods: By observing the microscopic characteristics, determination of volatile oil content and comparison of thin-layer chromatograms to explore the differences between different samples. Results: The microscopic characteristics of different varieties of dried tangerine peel, volatile oil content and chemical composition are quite different, the same sample from different areas have higher similarity. Conclusion: The environmental factors have little effect on the quality of dried tangerine peel, and genetic factors have a significant impact on the quality of tangerine peel.
