2013年底我国汽车保有量约为1.37亿辆,汽车在装配制造或者钣金维修时都会用到焊接,特别是近年来,车身广泛采用承载式车身,车身薄焊接后变形严重,如何采取措施减小车架在焊接工序中发生的应力与应变,从而提高焊接工序的精度,有着十分重要的现实意义。本文主要阐述车架焊接变形的影响因素、控制措施和方法。
By the end of 2013, the number of vehicles in our country was about 137 million vehicles, and the cars would be used for welding during assembly and manufacturing or sheet metal repair. Especially in recent years, the bodywork has been widely used as a load-bearing vehicle body. The frame in the welding process occurs in the stress and strain, thereby improving the accuracy of the welding process, has very important practical significance. This article mainly elaborates the factors affecting the welding frame deformation, control measures and methods.
