结晶器锥度是结晶器的一个重要参数,对连铸生产操作和铸坯质量的影响很大。板坯结晶器锥度不稳定也是炼钢厂连铸生产现场的技术难题,结合现场生产实际经验,分析了结晶器锥度不稳定的影响因素,查找了相关液压、电器、自动化、机械结构和钢种等方面原因,重点对结晶器铜板及足辊的锥度、足辊与引锭杆配合进行了分析和计算,对现场解决结晶器锥度不稳定问题具有指导意义。
