通过分析气举井诊断模型的建立方法,把两种分析方法进行比较,结果发现两种方法各有自己的优缺点。实验分析方法准确性高,但需要耗费大量的人力物力进行数据测试;计算分析方法实施起来较为方便,但准确性没有实验分析法高。因此,在实际操作过程中,我们建议先用计算分析方法对气举井进行全面的定期性分析,确定出可能存在的故障。对确需检修的井,再用实验分析方法进行确认,以提高检修的成功率。两种方法的结合使用,可以更好地了解井的工况以及存在的故障,从而解决问题,提高产量。
By analyzing the establishment method of gas lift well diagnosis model and comparing the two analysis methods, it is found that the two methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. The experimental analysis method has high accuracy, but it takes a lot of manpower and material resources to test the data. The calculation and analysis method is more convenient to implement, but the accuracy is not high. Therefore, in practice, we suggest that the gas-lift wells should be fully and regularly analyzed by means of computational analysis to identify possible faults. The wells that need to be overhauled are confirmed by experimental analysis to improve the success rate of overhauling. The combination of the two methods gives you a better understanding of well conditions and the faults that exist, solving problems and increasing yields.
