榄香烯10～100μg/ml 在试管内能促进 IL-2产生,榄香烯腹腔或瘤内注射均能显著抑制 Hca-F_(25)/CL-16A_3实体瘤的生长,并明显促进小鼠脾细胞白细胞介素-2的产生,提示榄香烯可促进 IL-2产生增加,从而增强机体的免疫功能,进而抑制肿瘤的生长。
Elemene 10-100μg/ml can promote the production of IL-2 in test tubes. Elemene intraperitoneal or intratumoral injection can significantly inhibit the growth of Hca-F_(25)/CL-16A_3 solid tumors, and obviously promote mice. The production of interleukin-2 in spleen cells suggests that elemene can increase the production of IL-2, thereby enhancing the body’s immune function and thus inhibiting the growth of the tumor.
