通过Mo基体上Ni层烧结前后的形貌观察,及Ni层与基体结合断面的元素分布情况分析,探讨了涂覆Ni在MoMn金属化层上的烧结机理,解释了Ni层的致密化过程。研究发现,Ni层通过蒸发-凝聚和扩散等方式实现了密化。同时,Ni与Mo海绵体形成一定厚度的过渡层,临近Ni层区,形成的主要是MoNi_4、MoNi_3化合物,临近Mo基体区,形成的主要是Mo Ni化合物,Ni层与Mo海绵基体通过过渡层,实现紧密结合。
The mechanism of Ni coating on the MoMn metallization layer was discussed through the morphological observation of the Ni layer before and after Ni sintering on the Mo substrate and the elemental distribution of the interface between the Ni layer and the substrate. The densification process of the Ni layer was explained. It is found that the Ni layer is densified by means of evaporation-condensation and diffusion. At the same time, Ni and Mo sponge form a certain thickness of transition layer near the Ni layer. The MoNi_4 and MoNi_3 compounds are mainly formed near the Mo matrix. The Mo Ni compound, Ni layer and Mo sponge matrix are formed through the transition layer , To achieve close integration.
