近年来中国企业并购海外企业的动作时有发生,中国企业与不同国家之间展开密切合作与商业贸易往来。但在此过程中,东西方文化背景的差异导致企业进行海外并购时,遭遇困境。对此本文针对我国企业在海外并购跨文化整合的方法进行探索,认为企业在并购之前需要对两国间存在的文化差异有着清醒的认识,并且明确文化冲突的潜在风险,制定文化整合计划,在与对方企业管理者进行沟通后,吸收对方先进理念,同时实施过渡政策,最终完成跨文化整合。
In recent years, the actions of Chinese enterprises in acquiring overseas enterprises have taken place from time to time. The close cooperation and exchanges between Chinese enterprises and different countries have taken place. However, during this process, the differences in the cultural background between the East and the West led to difficulties encountered by overseas mergers and acquisitions. In this paper, the paper explores the cross-cultural integration of Chinese enterprises in overseas mergers and acquisitions, that enterprises need to have a clear understanding of the cultural differences between the two countries before mergers and acquisitions, and identify the potential risks of cultural conflicts, the development of cultural integration plan, After communicating with each other’s business managers, they absorb each other’s advanced concepts and at the same time implement the transitional policy to finally achieve cross-cultural integration.
