在输送压力可达4 MPa的气力输送实验台上,进行不同平均粒径煤粉的密相输送实验。研究总输送差压、发送压力对煤粉的质量流量、固气比等输送参数的影响。结果表明;煤粉质量流量随总输送差压的增加而增加;相同总输送差压下,煤粉平均粒径越大,煤粉质量流量越低;煤粉质量流量随发送压力的增加而增加。研究表明,相同煤粉质量流量下固气比随着表观气速的增加而降低;相同表观气速下,煤粉质量流量的增加会导致固气比的增加。
In the conveying pressure up to 4 MPa on the pneumatic conveying experimental platform for the different average particle size of dense phase conveying of pulverized coal. The effects of the total delivery pressure, the delivery pressure on the delivery parameters of the pulverized coal, such as the mass flow rate and the solid-gas ratio, are studied. The results show that the mass flow of pulverized coal increases with the increase of the total delivery differential pressure. Under the same total delivery differential pressure, the larger the average particle size of pulverized coal, the lower the mass flow of pulverized coal. The mass flow of pulverized coal increases with the increase of sending pressure . The results show that the solid-gas ratio decreases with the increase of apparent gas velocity at the same pulverized coal mass flow rate, and the increase of the mass flow rate of pulverized coal leads to the increase of solid-gas ratio at the same superficial gas velocity.
