通过改变材料组分并掺杂一定浓度的MnO2,制备了系列(Pb1-xSrx)TiO3(PST)红外敏感铁电陶瓷材料.对其电热性能如介电系数的温谱特性、频谱特性和热释电性能等进行了研究.结果表明,材料的居里温度随组分化学计量比的变化大致成线性关系,每增加 mol比1%的 Pb,将使居里温度提高约 5℃.而随着测试频率的增加,居里温度与温度系数基本不变,但介电常数却略有下降.通过对PST系样品热释电性能的测量,可知材料的热释电系数约在 10-3C/(m2· K)量级.
A series of (Pb1-xSrx) TiO3 (PST) infrared-sensitive ferroelectric ceramics were prepared by changing the material composition and doped with MnO2 at a certain concentration. The thermoelectric properties such as the dielectric constant of the spectral characteristics, spectral characteristics and pyroelectric properties were studied. The results show that the Curie temperature of the material changes linearly with the stoichiometry of the components, and the Curie temperature will increase by about 5 ℃ for every 1 mol% Pb addition. However, as the test frequency increases, the Curie temperature and temperature coefficient remain unchanged, but the dielectric constant decreases slightly. By measuring the pyroelectric properties of the PST-based samples, the pyroelectric coefficient of the material is about 10-3C / (m2 · K).
