本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,运用自行设计的调查问卷和(SCL-90)量表,分析了大学生体育锻炼情况与情绪状况的关系,为学校体育进行心理健康教育工作提供理论依据。
This paper analyzes the relationship between college students’ physical exercise and emotional status through questionnaire, SCL-90 questionnaire and other research methods through literature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics.
