系统分析了陀螺稳定平台在随机振动环境下的漂移性能变化,给出了机械谐振是导致随机振动环境下陀螺平台漂移变大的重要因素,进而通过建立陀螺稳定平台振动测试系统,试验验证了理论分析的正确性并提出改进措施。在保证整体振动量级不变的条件下,通过降低谐振频段的振动激励,改善了稳定平台振动试验的合理性,确保了环境应力筛选试验的有效性。
The change of drifting performance of the gyro stabilized platform under random vibration is analyzed systematically. The mechanical resonance is the important factor that leads to the gyro platform drifting in the random vibration environment. And then the vibration test system of the gyro stabilized platform is established. Analyze the correctness and propose improvement measures. Under the condition of keeping the magnitude of the whole vibration invariable, by reducing the vibration excitation of the resonance frequency band, the rationality of the vibration test of the stabilized platform is improved, and the validity of the environmental stress screening test is ensured.
