目的建立灵敏测定牛奶中痕量氧氟沙星的共振瑞利散射分析法。方法稀土Eu(Ⅲ)能与氧氟沙星(OFLX)形成螯合阳离子,其与茜素红阴离子发生反应,形成三元离子缔合物,导致溶液的共振瑞利散射(RRS)显著增强。以RRS增强值ΔI对氧氟沙星的浓度绘制标准曲线,进行定量分析。结果 OFLX在7.5×10-7~6.1×10-6 mol/L浓度范围内与体系的RRS强度增大值(ΔI)呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9994,检出限为2.3×10-7 mol/L,进行加标回收试验。结论该方法简单灵敏,用于牛奶样品中OFLX的测定,结果令人满意。
Objective To establish a sensitive resonance Rayleigh scattering method for the determination of ofloxacin in milk. Methods Rare Earth Eu (Ⅲ) forms chelating cation with OFLX and reacts with alizarin red anions to form ternary ion-association complexes, resulting in significant enhancement of Resonance Rayleigh Scattering (RRS) of the solution. The standard curve of ofloxacin concentration was plotted with RRS enhancement value ΔI and quantified. Results OFLX had a good linear relationship with the increase of RRS intensity (ΔI) in the range of 7.5 × 10-7 ~ 6.1 × 10-6 mol / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9994 and a detection limit of 2.3 × 10- 7 mol / L, for spike recovery test. Conclusion The method is simple and sensitive and is suitable for the determination of OFLX in milk samples with satisfactory results.
