最近上海科技出版社出版了孙云蔚教授主编,杜澍、姚昆德助编的《中国果树史与果树资源》一书,是一部优秀的果树园艺学专著,值得向园艺界广大读者报道和推荐。 全书共分十个部分:第一,论述我国果树栽培历史,并附古代文献。如《诗径》、《山海径》等,书中有果树名称的探讨,考订古代果树名称与现代名称的联系。第二,论述我国果树原产中心。大体有三个,即原产黄河流域(包括东北)的有42种,原产长江流域的有27种,原产华南地区的有21种。此外在全国各地山区野生的果树和砧水至少有200种以上。全世界各国栽培的果树约有60余种均原产于我国。第三,论述古代果树种质资源的传播。认为葡萄、核桃、石榴、无花果、扁桃、榅桲、阿月浑子、油橄榄、奈等9种果树均系通过“丝绸之路”,由伊朗、中亚以及我国新疆一带传入我国内地。而我国原产的桃、杏、枸掾、甜橙、桔、柚、枇杷、桃等,也自公元前1世纪至13世纪传入欧
