本文从国民品格于行政诉讼关系的角度来分析对行政诉讼制度产生影响的人的因素,以及制度构建对人民品格的影响,并且希望通过这些分析能够得到一些对我国制度构建改革的启示。 This article analyzes the factors that affect the administrative litigation system from the perspective of national character in the relationship between administrative litigation as well as the influence of institutional construction on the people’s character. I hope that through these analyzes we can get some enlightenment on the institutional reform in our country.
