The construction area has also reached a brilliant era and has become one of the important industries that support economic development. This also greatly raised the cost of civil engineering quality management requirements. In particular, the problems exposed by management in recent years obviously require timely and effective handling. These problems play a crucial role in the quality and cost of the whole project. The article discusses in depth the existing problems in the project cost quality management and puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality management of project cost.
