经问卷调查和访谈结果表明,安康地区学前教育专业课程教学存在着师资结构性失衡、配套经费不足、教师与学生对培养目标的认识有偏差、教材使用方面满意率不高等问题。改进建议主要是加大人才引进力度,为教师外出培训、进修提供便利;积极争取国家、省市的研究项目和经费资助;调整课程体系和教学大纲;建立导师制;加强服务地方教育意识和对外交流力度。
The results of the questionnaire survey and interviews show that there are some problems such as structural imbalance of teachers, inadequate supporting funds, poor understanding of training objectives by teachers and students, and unsatisfactory satisfaction with the use of teaching materials in pre-primary specialized courses in Ankang. The suggestions for improvement are mainly to increase the introduction of talents, facilitate the teachers to go out for training and further study, actively seek the funding of research projects and funds from national, provincial and municipal governments, adjust the curriculum system and teaching syllabus, establish the mentorship system, strengthen the awareness of serving local education and externally Exchange efforts.
