现代战争中地雷伤不仅发生率高,而且伤情复杂,损伤严重,这是以往历次战争所不能比拟的。我们根据在云南前线的战伤调查以及某师医院对30例地雷伤伤员的救治来看,这次对越作战的地雷伤有许多新的特点,是战伤救治的紧迫问题之一。一般资料本组雷伤30例,占同期伤员数的42.86%,除1例为女性村民外,其余29例均为男性指战员。平均年龄17~22岁。其中步兵17例,工兵6例,侦察兵5例,其它2人。致伤方式:直接触雷20例,间接雷伤10例。受伤部位:双下肢炸伤14例,左右单肢伤各4例,其中17例断肢;休克伤员18例,占伤员总数的60%。
In modern warfare, landmine injuries are not only high in incidence, but also have complicated injuries and serious injuries. These are unmatched by the previous wars. According to the investigation of war wars in front of Yunnan Province and the treatment of 30 cases of landmine wounds by a division hospital, this new feature of land-wounded land-mines is one of the most pressing issues for the treatment of war-wound injuries. Injured parts: 14 cases of double lower extremity wounds, left and right single limb injury in 4 cases, of which 17 cases of amputated; shock wounded in 18 cases, accounting for 60% of the total number of wounded.
