绪言 我院参加设计的昆阳磷矿是一座大型露天矿山。整个矿区地形复杂,沟谷交错,矿体又有较大褶皱和断层,且该地区雨也多。在此种条件下,要想提高矿山生产率,降低贫化损失,必须有一套适合矿山情况的采、装、运设备。设计时,曾作过多种方案比较,最后确定在使用4米~3电铲配合大型汽车进行开采运输的同时,再设计一套能连续进行开采和运输的采、装、运设备,以便在试验成功后取代电铲—汽车装运。
Introduction Kunming Phosphate Mine participated in the design of our hospital is a large open pit mine. The entire mining area has complex terrain, staggered valleys, large folds and faults in the ore body, and more rain in the area. Under such conditions, in order to improve mine productivity and reduce depletion losses, there must be a set of mining, loading and transporting equipment suitable for the mine. At the time of design, a number of plans have been made to compare. Finally, we will design a set of mining, loading and transporting equipment capable of continuous mining and transportation while using 4m ~ 3 electric shovels to cope with the large-scale vehicles for transportation.
