全植入式药物输往装置（以下简称DDS）治疗中晚期肝癌具有使用方便，效果显著，但临床使用中有一定并发症。现总结如下。临床资料一、一般资料：本组共16例，男12例，女4例。年龄31～63岁，平均54．8岁。均术前B超、CT检查证实。肝炎史13例。AFP＞200ug／L8例，最高800ug／L。
