对1.8 mm厚的TRIP780薄板进行点焊工艺性能研究,对试样进行了剪切试验、硬度试验、显微组织分析。结果表明,随着焊接电流的增加,试样的熔核直径将会增加,剪切力先增加后下降;焊接时间具有与焊接电流相似的影响规律,但焊接时间对焊接接头剪切强度的影响要大于焊接电流。当电极压力为4.0 kN、焊接电流为7 kA、焊接时间为17 cyc时,焊缝区的组织最为均匀并且没有缺陷,相应的硬度分布也最均匀。
The spot welding performance of 1.8 mm thick TRIP780 sheet was studied. The shear test, hardness test and microstructure analysis of the sample were carried out. The results show that with the increase of welding current, the nugget diameter will increase and the shear force increases first and then decrease. The welding time has the similar effect with the welding current. However, the influence of welding time on the shear strength of welded joints To be greater than the welding current. When the electrode pressure is 4.0 kN, the welding current is 7 kA and the welding time is 17 cyc, the microstructure of the weld zone is the most uniform and without defects, and the corresponding hardness distribution is also the most uniform.
