本钢采用“矩形坯(350×470mm)→800连轧机组→PCS冷却系统”进行了φ45mm GCr15轴承钢“穿水”冷却工艺试验。结果表明:通过实施“穿水”冷却工艺,钢材的显微晶粒度得到明显细化,钢中网状碳化物析出量随钢材离最终“穿水”系统时的温度降低而减少。通过合理调整“穿水”时的给水量、轧制速度等工艺参数,可有效地控制网状碳化物析出。
Benxi Iron and Steel used “rectangular billet (350 × 470mm) → 800 continuous rolling mill unit PCS cooling system” carried out φ45mm GCr15 bearing steel “water” cooling process test. The results show that the microscopic grain size of the steel is obviously refined through the cooling process of “water penetration”, and the amount of precipitated carbides in the steel decreases with the temperature of the steel from the final “water” system cut back. By reasonably adjusting the water supply, rolling speed and other process parameters such as water penetration, the precipitation of network carbides can be effectively controlled.
