[目的]体内、外的许多感染模型证实 ,ANXⅠ介导糖皮质激素的抗炎症效应 ,被认为是糖皮质激素抗炎症效应中的第二信使。然而 ,ANXⅠ与原发性肺癌之间的相关性尚未知晓。本文对此进行研究。[方法]采用免疫组化方法检测60例原发性肺癌标本中ANXⅠ的表达分布 ;蛋白组学方法描绘ANXⅠ在永生化、转化与恶性转化中的表达状况。[结果]ANXⅠ的表达分布与原发性肺癌的组织学分型相关 (P<0.05) ;在永生化细胞中表达丰度低 ,转化细胞较高 ,恶性转化细胞中最高。[结论]ANXⅠ可能参与原发性肺鳞癌形成的启动或促进阶段 ,对人支气管上皮细胞恶性转化具有较为重要的作用。
[Objective] Many in vivo and in vitro models confirm that ANXI mediates the anti-inflammatory effects of glucocorticoids and is considered to be the second messenger in the anti-inflammatory effects of glucocorticoids. However, the association between ANXI and primary lung cancer is not yet known. This article studies this. [Methods] Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression and distribution of ANXI in 60 primary lung cancer specimens. Proteomics method was used to delineate the expression of ANXI in immortalization, transformation and malignant transformation. [Results] The expression distribution of ANXI was related to the histological type of primary lung cancer (P<0.05). The expression abundance in ANXI cells was low, the transformed cells were high, and the malignant transformed cells were the highest. [Conclusion] ANXI may be involved in the initiation or promotion of primary squamous cell carcinoma, and it plays an important role in the malignant transformation of human bronchial epithelial cells.
