目的:加强胸部DR摄影的质量控制为诊断医师提供更多有用的诊断信息。方法:本文从设备工作状况,图像采集(照片部位,摄影条件是否正确),图像后处理,激光打印系统,显示介质(胶片、显示屏)等方面,分别作了控制方法的介绍。结果:通过实施胸部DR的质量控制,照片质量显著提高,诊断符合率也有较大提高,废片率明显降低,病人受照射剂量大大减少。结论:加强胸部DR各环节的监控,不仅能提高照片质量,而且能满足临床需要。
OBJECTIVE: To enhance the quality control of chest DR photography to provide diagnosticians more useful diagnostic information. Methods: This paper introduces the control methods from the working conditions of the equipment, the image acquisition (the photo site, the photography conditions are correct), image post-processing, laser printing system, display media (film, display) Results: Through the quality control of chest DR, the quality of photos was significantly improved, the coincidence rate of diagnosis was greatly improved, the waste rate was significantly reduced, and the dose of irradiation was greatly reduced. Conclusion: To strengthen the monitoring of all aspects of chest DR can not only improve the quality of photos, but also meet the clinical needs.
