汽轮机调速系统是通过对进汽量的调整,使汽轮机输出功率和电负荷保持平衡。由于汽轮机在制造、安装、检修和运行中存在的问题,使调速系统在运行中常会出现一些异常情况。本文对汽轮机调速系统的组成及常见故障的处理方法进行探讨。以期通过本文的阐述为保障汽轮机的可靠运行,推进工业机械自动化技术发展提供理论参考。
Turbine speed control system is through the adjustment of intake steam, the turbine output power and electrical load balance. Due to the problems in the manufacture, installation, maintenance and operation of steam turbines, some abnormalities often occur in the operation of the speed governing system. This article discusses the composition of turbine speed control system and the common failure treatment methods. In order to provide a theoretical reference for the protection of the reliable operation of steam turbine and the development of industrial machinery automation technology through the elaboration of this article.
