目的分析血浆脂联素(adiponectin)与原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、脉压(pulse pressure,PP)、平均动脉压(MAP)和脉压指数(pulse pressureindex,PPI)之间的相关性。方法56例新发现且未经过治疗的轻、中度EH患者和54例正常人,记录年龄、性别,测定体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、血脂谱及血压,放射免疫分析法测定空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血浆脂联素水平。结果EH组血浆脂联素水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示:EH组血浆脂联素水平与SBP(P<0.01)、PP(P<0.05)、MAP(P<0.05)和PPI(P<0.01)呈显著负相关。对照组血浆脂联素水平与SBP、PP、MAP、PPI不具有相关性。结论原发性高血压患者伴有低脂联素血症,异常升高的血压可能是低脂联素血症的原因之一。
Objective To analyze SBP, DBP, MAP and MAP in patients with adiponectin and essential hypertension (EH) And pulse pressure index (PPI). Methods Fifty-six newly diagnosed mild and moderate EH patients and 54 normal controls were enrolled in this study. Age, sex, body mass index (BMI), fasting blood glucose (FPG), blood lipid profile and blood pressure were measured. The radioimmunoassay Fasting insulin (FINS), plasma adiponectin levels. Results Plasma adiponectin level in EH group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that plasma adiponectin level in EH group was significantly negatively correlated with SBP (P <0.01), PP (P <0.05), MAP (P <0.05) and PPI (P <0.01). The level of plasma adiponectin in control group was not correlated with SBP, PP, MAP and PPI. Conclusions Essential hypertension is associated with hypoadiponectinemia, and abnormally elevated blood pressure may be one of the causes of hypoadiponectinemia.
